For the fall 2008 cycle, Letters of Inquiry must be received at our office no later than July 15, 2008 to be considered. The Foundation will invite qualified organizations to submit proposals in mid-August. Full proposals must then be received no later than October 1, 2008.

For the spring 2009 cycle, Letters of Inquiry must be received at our office no later than January 21, 2009 to be considered. The Foundation will invite qualified organizations to submit proposals in mid-February. Full proposals must then be received no later than April 1, 2009.
