The Foundation requires single year grant recipients to submit a written report evaluating how the funds were used one year after receiving the grant. Multi-year grant recipients must submit a written report nine months from date of funding. The format of these reports will be included in the grant contract.

Grant recipients must wait at least seven months from the end of initial funding before submitting another Letter of Inquiry
